There should be a rule that over Christmas we can all only give things to each other that we've made ourselves. Wouldn't that be cool?

Yes what a beautiful idea. I wrote the poem for a friend who is going through a very bleak spell.
I have made my Christmas gifts for years - my family usually whatever craft/fad I have been into for the year...
