Today is entirely beautiful.
A gentle breeze, a shimmering blue sky
and spring exalting itself
in a kaleidoscope of colours and perfumes.
This is altogether too beautiful for words.
The days have turned the chill of winter
into a soft warmth that renders
jumpers and coats unnecessary.
We have emerged from hibernation
and blink sleepily at the sun.
It is quite simply a beautiful day.

It really did feel like that today, didn't it? After the chill off the mountains yesterday, today was delightful. There's nothing like a beautiful spring day to life the spirits. I loved this post you wrote, Geoff.

Yes! I love spring, and warmth, and bright sunny days, and colourful tulips, and flowering trees, and being able to walk down the street without shivering inside a big coat.
