It's been a while
since my typing
laborious as it is,
made some effort
to explain what
I am seeing
in the mirror
and hearing within
my thoughts.
It would be pointless
to make an effort
at this time
as so much of me
is undergoing
such scrutiny.
In other words,
this site and
it's only contributor
may be
down for a shortish
period of maintenance.
Watch this space
for further developments.

Praying for you Geoff. I just popped over to have another listen to the re-worked version of Refresh My Heart (I'm using it on Sunday), and thought I'd stop in to read your latest thoughts. Good timing. Take your time--we'll still be here when you come back. Love, Deb
Take however long you need. One day you will rise up on eagles wings. :-)
Yes, take all the time you need. I'll be checking in as usual. I've been wondering about you so I'm glad you posted this. Still praying here in Texas.
Geoff
Is that photo one of the keys of your piano and reflection from the backboard. It is beautiful!
Janet McK
Yes, Janet, that's the reflection of the view from where the piano sits
May the raindrops
fall lightly on your brow
May the soft winds
freshen your spirit
May the sunshine
brighten your heart
May the burdens
of the day rest
lightly upon you
And my God enfold you
in the mantle of his love
(Gaelic blessing)
sigh! my friend you may not remember me ... as water flows and bridges are crossed I hope I will rest.
I have watched your blog and remember you (personally in a way)
and thought...
The desert rough
and strong enough
To dry a heart
that seeks a start
Of echos of
time thats past
a winter ends
summer at last
so I have thrown the last few
writting binges on
paulbirch.blogspot.com
and have started
transfering the last 20 years
of journals, including the beautiful hillsong
to my blog.
more... i guess, to come
Demi morn
Not really light
Not truely dark
Can't really see
Not really blind
When the light ahead is safe
And all around is not
One day has almost started
And one night has almost ended
Everything is possible
Because nothing is definite
The sun.....so we begin
And we finish.
I will miss your words.
Blessings and Grace cover and wrap you.

Thank you so much TJ.. they wee beautiful words.
I do intend to be back blogging soon.
Blessings to you all
Geoff, I've just listened to the reworked "Power of Your Love". It's simply beautiful. Thank you for sharing your gift with us, for so openly sharing your journey, the highs and lows, the joy and pain. God is good, he is faithful and he loves us more than we can possibly comprehend.
