Love crept quietly

Love crept quietly,
unannounced,
unnoticed.
I was too busy,
a boy becoming a man,
a man becoming a father,
a father learning painful lessons.
Love crept quietly,
invading a thought or two,
peace before my sad anxieties.
Struggling,
working,
trying oh so hard
to prove myself,
until the fall of my efforts
left me alone.
Love crept quietly,
now no efforts of mine,
to build a barrier,
a barrier of self,
a barrier where I could measure
whatever I was hoping to be.
Love crept quietly,
until there was nothing left
but
love creeping quietly.

We are so busy with our lives, sometimes forget to involve God in it. Only turn to God when we need help.

Did you feel my touch?
Did you feel my love for you today?
I sent the sun to warm you,
I sent the cloud to shield you when it was too hot...
I sent a bird with a message for you...
Did you feel my love for you today?
I am always here, loving you.
Waiting for you to remember me...

I had a problem and asked God about it. Left my journal open that night and went to sleep.
Morning I awoke, did not sense any message.
Then about 10am one white cuckatoo (sulphur crested) came to my bedroom window. I went to window and a few minutes later, another came arrived as well! When we fail to `hear' God's message the 1st time, He sents another messenger!
God has sense of humour :)
Must upload the vid to Facebook.
